Kijiji.com overhauls posting rules

Kijiji's American wing, which is trailing Craigslist in terms of ad volume and user participation, is introducing major changes to its posting rules. Here are some of them:
i. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to items or services that you list, buy or sell on Kijiji.
ii. Ads that contain any text that violates the spirit of Kijiji, or could disturb or offend our users, may be rejected.
iv. It is prohibited to post a duplicate or similar ad for the same item or service. Choose only one category and geography that is most relevant for the ad.
viii. It is prohibited to post ads relating to personals, dating, missed connections, or adult services.
Big overhaul of the For Sale category:
Items being professionally sold by retailers, dealers or other businesses are not allowed in the For Sale category.

I'm not sure whether this will make it easier or harder for you to help me find the jaw-droppingest Kijiji sucks, on any continent. On one hand, there will be less trash to sort through to find the diamonds. On the other hand, no personals, missed connection and crap means less material. On the other hand (how many hands do we have here?), I don't scour the personals section anyway. I'm hoping you guys do.
Your thoughts on the changes?
I've heard no word on whether Kijiji's Canadian operations, which appear to have a significant lead over Craigslist, is considering the same restructuring.

Kijiji deletes your ads now! if you have mutiple ads or something they don't like, they delete everything including your other ads. they also fish you for information with emails...
