Kijiji Canada is looking for a new head of marketing, as seen in a post at workopolis.com:

We are currently looking for a smart, motivated, entrepreneurial person to join the Kijiji leadership team. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for using online and offline marketing channels as well as public relations to achieve extraordinary business results, by driving quality traffic to Kijiji Canada and by continuing to strengthen the Kijiji brand. The Head of Marketing will have significant budget responsibility and lead the marketing team which consists of one direct report responsible for search engine marketing and other online marketing and will also be the primary interface with our PR firm.

Strategic:
· Work with the general manager and key stakeholders on team to develop a comprehensive (online and offline) marketing and brand strategy and turn the strategy into operational plans.
Operational & Commercial:
· Drive execution of marketing initiatives
· Liaise with other classifieds / eBay marketing teams to share best practices and leverage potential in-house synergies.
Financial:
· Manage the marketing budget of Kijiji Canada. Outline, and align spending plans with business strategy.
Leadership:
· Lead, motivate and develop team; and be a key thought partner to the general manager.
