YSAK 371: Birthday midget wanted

Looking for a little person to deliver a surprise birthday cake to my friend for her 30th birthday at her place of work. You just have to deliver her the cake, no funny business.
Will take place on a weekday, most likely at noon, needs to happen sometime between April 11-April 21.
My friend has a slight obsession with the comedian, Chelsea Handler who has a little person as her sidekick on her late night tv show, named Chuy.
Will/can provide transportation, will take approximately 15 min.

Will pay $200 cash
