For those not in Halifax and surrounding areas, here's the background: For the past few years, some creepy creeperson has been walking into homes in the city's university areas in the middle of the night, entering through unlocked doors, and watching young women sleep. He's so far eluded capture. This ad preys on the potential gullibility of the culprit.
