Hello, I have a nice case of scotch I would like to swap for some Nova Scotian land. Perhaps you have some land you never use but are simply paying taxes on every year. Why go to the trouble of arranging to sell it when you could convey it to me in exchange for a nice case of scotch?
I'm a Nova Scotian who would like to camp and spend vacations on my own rural property. That's why I'm looking.
