Fruit flies make lousy house pets (640)

I wonder if these cutie pies on Kijiji Charlottetown would get along with the shiny green flies that have taken up residence in and around my outdoor compost bin. I'd love to watch them play together!

Yup, that's a fruit fly, aka Drosophila melanogaster. They breed like bunnies but require much less care.

Newly born fruit flies born daily. They hang around my apples, bananas, and kitchen sink. Good around dogs and kids but cats are not ok.

Reason for giving away: have too many and would like to find a fun loving home. They are not getting the attention they deserve. They are also pissing me off.

Reasons why you should adopt: Quiet, no maintenance, no cost, and will reproduce quickly. You will get lots of love since they like flying in your face and ears.
